* IF I HAVE LOST OR FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD, HOW DO I RESET IT?

* HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN SAI KIM ENTERPRISE SDN. BHD. RECEIVED MY INTERNET ORDER?

  Once you submit your order, the Order Confirmation page will show the time your order was received along with an estimated time 

  that your order will be ready for delivery. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail at the email address you provided upon  

  registration. If you're still unsure about your order, you can always call the company / office directly.

 

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE THROUGH INTERNET ORDERING?

   Items shown are subjected to availability. Sai Kim Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to substitute items of or equal or

* What happens when the recipient is not at home to greet Sai Kim's delivery man?

   During such an event, our delivery man will take the following few actions:

   1) He will leave a note informing on his unsuccessful visit. This note will have a phone number whereby the recipient can

       call to re-arrange another time of delivery.

   2) He will leave the gift with either a reliable house mate or neighbour whom is able to receive on behalf. He will also leave

       a note to inform your recipient on who has accepted the gift on their behalf.

   3) Only when instructed ; we will first call the recipient to arrange for a convenient delivery time.
