Sea Cucumber Soup
Ingredients: Several Soaked Sea Cucumber, 1 Whole Chicken
Soak several sea cucumber, clean the internal organ, slice them.
Clean the whole chicken, stew it with soup.
Slightly fry the sliced sea cucumber, add the chicken soup, seasoning and vegetables.
Fried Abalone with Sea Cucumber
Ingredients: Abalone 350 g, Soaked Sea Cucumber 200 g, Broccoli.
Other ingredients: Cooking Wine, Spring Onion, Ginger, Salt, Dark Soy Sauce, Soup, Essence of Chicken, Oil, Wet Starch.
Cut soaked sea cucumber into rectangular shape, wash with boiled water.
Heat oil in frying pan, fry spring onion and ginger, add in abalone, sea cucumber, cooking wine, soup, dark soy sauce, salt, essence of chicken. Cover the frying pan and cook slowly, thicken it with wet starch, add some oil.
Put sea cucumber and abalone on the plate, put broccoli at the side.
Sea Cucumber Porridge
Ingredients: Sea Cucumber 20 g, Rice 60 g.
Cook porridge with sea cucumber as the seasoning.
Stewed Fish Maw with Sea Cucumber
Ingredients: Soaked Sea Cucumber 150 g, Soaked Fish Maw 100g
Other Ingredients: Cleaned Lettuce Leaves 100 g, 4 Slices of Soaked Mushrooms, Spring Onions, Ginger
Seasoning: Oyster Sauce, Dark Soy Sauce, Fish Sauce, Cooking Wine, Starch, Soup, Sesame Oil, Peanut Oil.
Cut soaked sea cucumber into segments with 3 cm long. Cut soaked fish maw into square of 4 cm3. Slightly boil the sea cucumber and fish maw, pick up and stew with soup. Cut spring onion and ginger into slices.
Heat some oil in the frying pan, add seasoning, fry the lettuce and put on the plate. Again heat some oil in frying pan, fry the spring onion and ginger, then add soup, cooking wine, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and seasoning. Remove spring onion and ginger. Put stewed sea cucumber, fish maw, and mushroom slices, stew for awhile, thicken the soup with starch, add some oil, put the cooked ingredients into plate with lettuce leaves.
Sea Cucumber with Mushrooms and Pork Fillet
Ingredients: Cabbage 500 g, Soaked Sea Cucumber, Mushrooms, Pork Fillet 200 g, Spring Onion 10 g, Ginger 20 g, Salt 5 g, Cooking Wine 5 g, Soup 400 g
Put spring onion, ginger, cooking wine, and soaked sea cucumber into half pot of water and boil. Pick up sea cucumber and cut into slices. Slightly boil the needle mushroom with half pot of water added with salt.
Cut pork fillet into slices, add salt, water, and cornstarch to marinate for around 10 minutes, slightly boil and pick up, soak mushroom until soft, remove stalks.
Boil cabbage until soft, cut and then put on the plate as cross shape. Put sea cucumber, needle mushroom, pork fillet and mushroom respectively in the four corner on the plate, add salt and soup, put into steaming pot to steam for around 10 minutes.
