Sliced Conch Recipe

 

Stewed Pigeon with Sliced Conch and Ginseng

 

Ingredients: 100 g Sliced Conch, 20 g Sliced Ginseng, 40 g Red Date, 30 g Dendrobium, a Pigeon

  1. Soak sliced conch in boiled water for 30 minutes, cut into smaller and clean.

  2. Soak dendrobium and clean.

  3. Remove the shell of red date, clean ginseng.

  4. Slightly boil the pigeon.

  5. Put all the materials into stewing pot to stew for 1 to 2 hours, add salt for seasoning.

 

 

Sliced Conch with Abalone Sauce and Broccoli

 

Ingredients: 100 g Sliced Conch, 600 g Broccoli, Abalone Sauce, Cornflour

  1. Soak sliced conch in boiled water for 30 minutes, cut into smaller and clean, put into pot and boil with water for 1 hour.

  2. Slightly boil the broccoli and put on the plate.

  3. Add a few oil into frying pan and heat, put in sliced conch and fry, add small amount of abalone sauce and cornflour for seasoning and thickening.

 

 

Stewed Sliced Conch with Sea Coconut and Almonds

 

Ingredients: 100 g Sliced Conch, 10 g of Almonds, 4 Sea Coconuts, 3 Candied Dates, 2 Slices of Ginger, 200 g Pork

  1. Soak sliced conch in boiled water for 30 minutes, cut into smaller and clean.

  2. Slice sea coconut, slightly boil the pork; soak almonds.

  3. Put all the materials into stewing pot and add water to stew for 1 to 2 hours, add salt for seasoning.
